Buying in Pizzo

Buying a Holiday Home

If you love Pizzo as much as we do, then you might want to buy a holiday home here so you can visit whenever you want.

Estate Agents

There are four estate agents in Pizzo, and all have experience of helping English speaking visitors buy here. There are many properties available, both in the Old Town and new developments.

New Developments

There are several new holiday developments in Pizzo built to very high standards, with units ranging in size from studio apartments to villas. When visiting to buy a property, make sure you have some time to explore by yourselves without your company sales guide. It is best to shop around for aftersales services, and meet local property management companies to find the right one to look after your new home for you.

Buying a home in Italy is surprisingly simple, and your developer or estate agent will guide you through the process. The preliminary contracts are prepared by the agent, and the final legal documents are drawn up and the sale overseen by an independent legal State representative called a Notary.

Property Management

When you have bought your holiday home in Pizzo, you will need a property management company to look after it and arrange rentals. There are several English speaking companies available, and for more information about their services see their websites.
